A "freestyle" ATC

Desiring to do some writing today I sat down after dinner and wrote out four pages of things that I am grateful for. Once I began writing, the ideas simply seemed to flow, one thought after the other and four pages were written before I knew it!

Later on, I desired to do some reading so I pulled on of the few books left in my home back out. It isn't a new book by any means but a special book to me. It is Rebecca Sower's Scrapbooking Life's Little Moments. Not only do I enjoy Rebecca's freestyle designs that she is known for, I enjoy reading her scrapbook pages. Their everything that I desire to capture for my granddaughter Alexxis' album, only in my own personal way. Although, Rebecca wrote this journaling on a scrapbook page, it tugged at my heart with its truthful nature so I decided to freestyle create this ATC using it as my basic idea. The ATC is created on watercolor paper and I used both watercolor pencils and prismacolor pencils to color it in. I hope it touches your heart, the way it did mine! Thank you, Rebecca!

Anne,
Thank you! Did you see the Gratitude Garland I'm creating? That would be a fun project for children! {Even if they only worked on it in November and displayed it on Thanksgiving Day.}
