Found! Party Favor Template

Desiring a printable or other template for creating a cone-shaped party favor, I did a google search for one with no success. Deciding to check some of the template sites I've previously used, I found one on http://www.ruthannzaroff.com/mirkwooddesigns/templates.htm on Mirwoods site it is called an icicle box!
