Claude M. Bristol, once said, "What you believe yourself to be, you are."
--
What is it that you believe, deep down inside of you, that you can succeed in what you want to do? Do you realize the power of those beliefs? Are they strong? If so, do you realize that those beliefs have the power to attract what is believed by you?. If you doubt your ability to succeed, do you believe that you WON'T ever be successful? And sure enough, that’s what will happen. It is called a self-defeating belief and that is exactly what it does. It causes you to believe those myths and facts about yourself that you really don't desire in your life.
Have you looked at what you believe about yourself? Do you realize that only you have the power to change your beliefs, and that in doing so you can change your outcome?
Have you set any goals you believe you can accomplish? If not, your still in the self-defeating ballpark. For your beliefs will assist in shaping your actions.
Set goals and as you achieve these goals, you'll begin to believe you are capable of succeeding and of doing even more. Document your process so you can see when and how you succeeded as well as what worked and what didn't.
"Believe it can be done. When you believe something can be done, really believe, your mind will find the ways to do it. Believing a solution paves the way to solution."
-- Dr. David Schwartz
Armed with that positive statement, I'm getting to work!
