Shortly after working in the studio, I remembered that I needed to telephone Patty regarding the changes my hair appointment being changed to today as it would affect us with assisting her moving. So I came back into the house to telephone her. After hanging up after our conversation, I felt warm and fuzzy! You see, Patty has been one of my friends for over 10 years now. She is one of my biggest fans and encourages me to reach further and deeper in myself and I just love her to death!
When I telephoned her to explain the change in my plans and the necessity to assist her in the afternoon, in the heat of the day, she replied, "I am so sorry that happened to you! and it isn't a problem we can't deal with." Her words, "I am so sorry that happened to you..." struck a cord in my heart as I realized that no matter what my problems are, my sucesses are, or whatever the situation is, she always knows the right thing to say. She is such a people person, very genuine and sincere when she says something like that, she means it. I made a mental note of her uncanny ability to do this so that if ever I found myself at a loss for words, I will know who to contact, LOL! And don't think that I for one minute wouldn't consider her for assisting me with any public relations dealings I may encounter in my own future. I tell you, she is amazing and can teach me so much!
